At Nese Kids Care, we provide exceptional early education for children as young as 6 weeks up to 5 years old. Our thoughtfully designed programs nurture each child’s natural curiosity while building the foundation for lifelong learning.
With two conveniently located locations – 967 Camino Del Rio S in San Diego (Mission Valley) and at 2291 Main St in Ramona, CA – our centers offers a safe, accessible environment where children can explore, create, and grow with confidence under the guidance of our experienced educators.
At the heart of Nese Kids Care is our owner, Nese Delibas (pronounced NEH-SHAY), whose lifelong passion for children and family shapes everything we do.
Nese grew up in Turkey in a large, close-knit family where caring for younger siblings, cousins, and neighbors was a natural part of daily life. Those early experiences instilled in her a deep love for nurturing children and a belief that every child thrives when surrounded by joy, patience, and encouragement.
In fact, her name “Nese” means “Joy” in Turkish—a perfect reflection of the warmth and happiness she brings into every classroom and program at Nese Kids Care. Families can feel that spirit of joy throughout our center, from the smiles of our teachers to the laughter of the children.
With years of hands-on childcare experience and a heart dedicated to building safe, welcoming spaces for kids, Nese has made it her mission to create a community where children flourish and parents feel confident in their choice of care.

All lead teachers hold degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields, with ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. Our assistant teachers receive comprehensive training and mentoring.

Both of our kids (3 and 8 months) have been here since they were infants and it’s been an excellent experience. Both kids love going to school and are so well cared for. Our 3-year old’s development has benefited so much from school- her language, socioemotional skills, potty training, motor skills, routines, and now early academic skills have flourished thanks to Nese.
Everyone has been great, everyone seems invested in our son’s happiness and general wellbeing. We are glad there is such a great team in place and trust he is in good hands everyday.
The staff there is great! We feel very confident in our daughters safety and her learning while she’s in attendance.
All of the teachers have been great, but a special shout out to Diana, Jazz, Taylor, Ana, Kenzie, Daisy, Brook and Soshia for their extra care, communication and commitment to our girls over the years.
