We hope you all had a great Halloween! Here at the school, the children had so much fun celebrating as they went trick or treating in their costumes and participated in fun activities. Thank you ALL so much for the generous candy/treat donations!
For the month of November, we will focus on teaching the children the meaning of “thanks.” Receiving and sharing are related to each preschooler on a daily basis and for this month we plan on creating an awareness by implementing planned activities and experiences.
Our Thanksgiving Feast will be on Wednesday, November 26th during your child’s classroom lunch time. Potluck sign-up sheets will be posted soon. We ask that all items be a store bought/sealed item.
What We Are Learning
Classroom curriculum will be based on our weekly themes and will incorporate meaningful activities about family, good eating habits, seeds & harvest, farmers and Indigenous People.
If you have any further questions about your child’s evaluations, please speak to your child’s teacher to schedule a one-on-one conference.
Please note that the weather should be getting cooler; when providing your child with a jacket, please make sure you label the inside tag with their name.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, we will be closed on Thursday, November 11th. We would like to thank them all for their services…
