Each month, we take a moment to celebrate the people who make Nese Kids Care such a special place to learn and grow. For families searching for warm, dependable childcare in Mission Valley, our teachers are what set us apart. This June, we are proud to recognize Laisha as our Teacher of the Month.
Laisha has loved working with children since she was sixteen, and that early spark has only grown stronger over the years. As a mother to her own son, she understands firsthand how much it matters for children to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely excited to walk through the door each morning.
“Although I have only been with Nese Kids for a short time, I have already built such meaningful connections with the children and love seeing how excited they are to come in and learn each day.”
Even in her short time with our Mission Valley team, Laisha has made a real impression. She puts thought into every activity she plans, creating experiences that help children grow both academically and socially. Her goal is a simple one: to make learning something kids look forward to, and to build the kind of memories that stay with them.
That focus on connection and care is exactly what we hope every family feels when they choose Nese Kids Care. The right environment is about more than a schedule and a curriculum. It comes down to the people, and teachers like Laisha are the reason families across San Diego trust us with the children who matter most to them.
Outside the classroom, Laisha keeps busy with Hot Sculpt classes and the gym, and she has a soft spot for all things Disney, pink, and Hello Kitty. It is a personality that fits right in with the playful, joyful energy our youngest learners bring through the door every day.
We are grateful for the heart and dedication Laisha brings to our Mission Valley location, and for the positive impact she makes on the children in her care.
